Wireframing

Wireframing can be a powerful tool in mapping new webpages and workflows, helping to understand layout, flow, user pathways, and behavior. Using Adobe XD and other wireframing tools, I have experience in understanding digital needs and goals and producing wireframes that lead to success. Please see examples below.

Improving User Experience

After analyzing metrics and user feedback, I was able to identify potential issues with both user experience and functionality in purchasing online memberships. To address this issue, I began working with our CRM vendor to wireframe a solution utilizing both the CRM and CMS. Below are example of wireframes that outlined a new, streamlined user experience for new and returning members.

Layout Proposal

Additionally, I have used wireframes to give high-level proposals for webpage design and layout. Below is an example of this, also utilizing content type examples throughout to begin the conversation around specific design and style.
