Developing effective navigation and content management is a key component in increasing an organizational audience and understanding how users engage with a website. Using content management tools such as Gather Content, I have experience overseeing and implementing content audits, analysis, and new information architecture proposals.
Proposing New Navigation
Website navigation should reflect an organizational narrative, taking existing analytics, audience type, and desired behavior into account. After a content audit and strategic planning session with leadership, I was able to develop new information architecture that better represented the organization.
Implementing and Wireframing
After brief user testing, a new navigation style was determined. I was able to work with external vendors to implement this structural solution.
